For ordering DNA sequencing, please use the paper order form(bon de commande).
If you need to order additional genomic services, add them to the purchase order of your institutes (you will find reference number on our catalog).
Print the sequencing order that you will send by regular mail with the purchase order of your institute and your sample (see sample preparation) in 1.5 ml or 0.5 ml tube (labeled with the template name < 4 characters) to our address:
Acknowledgement of delivery
You will an email when your samples will be delivered in our laboratory.
Results You will receive your sequence by e-mail. Edited sequences (txt-file) and chromatograms (.ab1).
High throughput DNA sequencing projects can be downloaded directly from our secured servers.
Time-delay The single and double run data will be received by e-mail within 24 hours (if reception of the material before 11.00 am), 2 working days (mini-prep and sequencing) for up four microplates (96 wells) and 3 kb/week concerning the primer walk sequencing.
Sample preparation
High quality DNA is essential for high quality results
We recommend to send the bacterial clones or to use mini or midi prep with ion exchange resin purification. Dilute DNA in water (avoid TE) and check the concentration with a spectrophotometer and DNA integrity by electrophoresis on agarose gel (send a picture). At the reception, we are checking each DNA on agarose gel.
Plasmids
Send 3µg of plasmid (0.2µg/µl) in 15µl of pure water, 10µg of cosmid, BAC, PAC or phage in 25µlof pure water (avoid TE). If your DNA contains a special quality (high GC contents, repeats, homopolymic stretches,...), please order SADN 0007.
PCR products
Send the purified (20ng/100 bases) or non-purified PCR products (order PCR products purification for sequencing, reference SPCR002). The PCR products have to be free of primers, dNTP and polymerase to be sequenced. The PCR product has to be checked on agarose gel (no parasite band). We could realise a gel purification of your PCR product (reference SPCR 0005).
Primers
The universal primers are provided free of charge. You could send your specific primers, 15µl at 10µM for 1-5 sequencing reactions or indicate on the order form the primer sequence(s) (reference SSOL 0003).
