This service includes design, synthesis of the primers, sequencing and the assembly of the sequences. You will receive the edited consensus and all the sequence chromatogrammes obtained to cover the totality of the insert.

Quality report includes:
Consensus sequence
Alignment map showing, at least a 4-fold redundancy.
Quality scores (Phred) of all the sequences used to obtain the final alignment.
