MilleGen proposes a FDA (Food Drug Administration) quality DNA sequencing with 100% accuracy level with 100 % double strand double coverage of the sequence. The procedures follow rigid quality controlled protocols, which are thoroughly reviewed and documented throughout the course of the project.
 

Quality report includes:

• Consensus sequence
• Alignment map showing, at least a 4-fold redundancy.
• Quality scores (Phred) of all the sequences used to obtain the final alignment.
• Original chromatograms of the sequences
• List and sequences of the primers
• Detailed sequencing strategy
