SAGE analysis    

Serial analysis of gene expression (SAGE) is a powerful method that can be used to analyze gene expression.

SAGE relies upon the generation of unique short (10 bp) tags sequences of cDNA which can be concatomerized, cloned and sequenced extremely rapidly.

 

MilleGen has developped bioinformatics tools to extract and analyse SAGE tags from a raw sequence data generated using SAGE technique.

MilleGen bioinformatic department offers these analysis tools as services to :

• Extract, count and calculate relative abundance of the tags.
• Comparative analysis of two different SAGE experiment
• Link each tag to regularly updated data from SAGEmap (NCBI)
