Animal immunisation    

MilleGen produces rabbit, chicken, mice polyclonal antisera and focus on customised immunisation programs as for all MilleGen services.

MilleGen antibodies service offers two packages :

• Basic Package : peptide synthesis, peptide-carrier conjugation and immunisation
  
• Total Package : peptide synthesis, peptide-carrier conjugation, immunisation and ELISA test

These packages include :

1. peptide design to select of the most antigenic sequence of your protein (if necessary) 
2. Delivery of the remaining peptide with mass spectrum and HPLC profile 
3. Coupling to a carrier protein (thyroglobulin, OVA or KLH) 
4. 70 days Immunisation of 2 animals (5 injections, 2 bleeds) 

We propose various protocols optimised to 64 or 70 days. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any quotations.
